Susan Lee Lind
Dr. Susan Lee Lind is a human resource consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of interpersonal communication, training, and organizational development. She has delivered hundreds of workshops to a variety of businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government entities.
Using assessment tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), the Reuven Bar-On EQ-i, and Situational Leadership, Dr. Lind has designed, developed, and delivered executive, managerial, and supervisory training; facilitated client work teams; and coached executives and managers, providing 360-degree feedback and individual development planning.
Dr. Lind has a BS in Journalism and an MA in Communications from Northern Illinois University, and a PhD in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University, where she is an adjunct faculty member.
