John Indermark

John Indermark is a minister of the United Church of Christ and a graduate of Eden Theological Seminary. His ministry currently consists of writing Christian Education curricula for The New International Lesson Annual, Feasting on the Word, and The Present Word. John has authored a number of spiritual formation books published by Upper Room Books, and three books published by Abingdon Press.

John is (mostly) retired from parish ministry, where he served full-time pastorates and later part-time transitional ministries in various Presbyterian and Lutheran congregations in Washington and northwest Oregon. Most recently he served as visiting associate pastor at Church of the Holy Cross in Hilo, Hawaii.

Since his wife Judy’s retirement from service as a 911 dispatcher, John and Judy have split their time between their home in Naselle, Washington and travels in the Southwest.
